The Consultation consists of 1-2 hours spent with the homeowner in the home. We discuss the needs, assess the property and provide recommendations to be done prior to listing your home.

At this walk and talk consultation, we start the minute we walk in the door. We use the home owner's existing furnishings, learned staging principles, our expertise and eye for design to elevate the presentation of the home. We work to highlight the selling features adding value to your listing. Inventory rental available, if needed.

PHOTO STYLING
Your online photos are your first showing! If you are struggling to finish the staging yourself after the Staging Consultation, we are happy to return the day of the photo shoot with a plan and soft furnishings, small decor and art to create photos that will stand out on the MLS!

DESIGN CONSULTATION
During the Consultation, we spend time asking questions and getting to know personality, style, goals and dreams of the client. We want to know likes and dislikes of the home. We will take notes and offer solutions and decorating advice. You can then decide if you would like to hire Front Door Design & Staging for a FULL DESIGN project, ON DEMAND or proceed on your own.
Design Consultation ~ $275
FULL SERVICE DESIGN
We do all the work for you! After the design style is decided and the agreement signed with payment, we create a Design Plan, Mood Board and Floor Plans incorporating information from the consultation. After the Presentation meeting, and sign-off on design, we will order and track all Furnishings & Accessories, schedule delivery, and coordinate the installation and styling of your room.The Design Plan will include any combination of furnishing, art and soft decor updates, paint color change, flooring suggestions or additional accessories.*$3500 plus the cost of furnishings
ON DEMAND DESIGN
You work on the design yourself and contact us with any questions you have. We will be happy to revisit your design and discuss any issues you are struggling with and offer solutions. This time will be billed at an hourly rate.

ONE ROOM REFRESH
At the consultation, we will give you feedback and design inspiration for your room. If you decide to hire Front Door Design & Staging for this project, we prepare a Design Plan and Mood Board using existing furniture and shop for additional trendy decor and art to match. Upon arriving back at your home, we start with rearranging existing furniture for the best flow, sometimes removing pieces, or shopping other rooms, and add in the newly purchased decor. At the end of the day, you will be in love with your "new" room!

This is our specialty! Littles or bigs, tweens to teens, we look at each design from the child's perspective ~ what would we want in our room at that age? We add their favorite things and create designs children and parents love!
