Because potential buyers are using online tools and video to view homes and make purchase decisions, it has become more important than ever to have your home properly staged before having it photographed and listed. Having your home looking it's best is the difference between getting the sale and not getting the sale.

~VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS offer you styling guidance for HOME STAGING, COLOR CONSULTATIONS, REDESIGN or a ROOM REFRESH. This consultation is the tool you need to help prepare your home for sale or to complete a DIY project. A Remote Showcasing Package for OCCUPIED HOMES is also available to help you through the process.

~SAFE VACANT HOME STAGING turns a house into a home and Turns Vacant Into Inviting. Safety measures have been added to protect the homeowner, realtor and staging employees.


Two options are available. Both options include a detailed, written, report.

Photos and a video of your property can be emailed directly to us. We will review the photos and video, assess the property and prepare a detailed report. We then schedule a time for a video conference or telephone call to discuss the report.

Pictures should be emailed to and include:

  • Interior - room-by-room from all four corners
  • Exterior - front, back, and sides
  • Videos of entire property, starting from the curb and walking through your front door


Request an appointment for a video conference via Zoom or FaceTime. We will "walk around" your self-guided tour of the home (Starting from the curb and entering the front door. Then you will take us room to room.) and assess the needs, discuss the options and provide recommendations in real time. A detailed report will be emailed.

$250 (includes a written report)


After the consultation, we bring in all the furnishings needed to showcase your property to its fullest potential. We can focus on the three main rooms or the entire property. This will be discussed and decided during the consultation.

At this time, we have implemented the following safety measures for the safety of the homeowner, realtors and staging employees.

  • The property will need to be deep cleaned
  • The property will need to be empty for 72 hours prior to furniture delivery or showcasing
  • Social Distancing will be practiced
  • Masks, gloves and shoe covers will be worn by stagers and movers
  • Number of people in the home will be limited
  • All surfaces touched will be wiped down before leaving
  • Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will be left at the property for visitors


After A VIRTUAL CONSULTATION, a no-contact, Remote Showcasing Package is available for OCCUPIED HOMES. This includes a detailed design plan for your home, the sourced accessories and/or small furnishings and dropped on your doorstep. Execution instructions are included. Accessories could include decor, art, greenery, bedding, small furniture.

A follow-up video conference to walk you through the implementation of the design plan is available.

$250 + the cost of accessories

The Consultation consists of 1-2 hours spent with the homeowner in the home. We discuss the needs, assess the property and provide recommendations to be done prior to listing your home.

When staging an owner occupied home, after consulting with you, we will simplify the appearance, reposition and/or remove unnecessary furniture.

We will use your furnishings or we may suggest bringing in rented furniture, art and decorations. We work with you to find the solution that works best to make your home stand out. Our job is to help a potential buyer form an emotional bond upon entering your home.
